Primary sources of information

The details and histories of the ships and squadrons are drawn from a collection of primary sources brought together in a synthesis of the historical significance. Many of these sources are the product of years of research by dedicated aviation and naval researchers, without their dedication much of the detail included in these accounts would not have been possible.
