“Your session timed out while posting. Please go back and try again”

On occasion forum members have experienced an issue where the system gets stuck in a loop which reports “Your session timed out while posting. Please go back and try again”. To fix this you need to clear your browsers cache file.

In Firefox go to settings-Privacy & Security- history (select the options to clear - history and temporary cache filers and pages)

In Google Chrome click on the three dots in the top right of the menu bar, click on "Delete browsing data..."  select the options to delete

In Edge click on the three dots, choose settings then Privacy, search and services then scroll to delete browsing da
