Convoy Escort taken up in Scotland 1945 "U01"
« on: 30 July 2013 03:37:34 pm »

I've been trying to identify this Convoy Escort photo which was taken up in Firth of Forth in 1945. Hull number "U01" and unusual painting. I imagine it would be in an old Jane's.

Her pennant number was originally L01 but became U01 during the war

Thank you! I feel a bit embarrassed since I'm now finding all kinds of info online. Thank you for the pointer!
