Trying to trace details of Grandmas brother as I compile the family tree

got a bit of info from my mum
Initial training at HMS Raleigh (Portsmouth I believe) then  HMS Ganges (Suffolk training?) then
a newspaper cutting dated September 4th 1937 headlined PREPARING TO JOIN SPAIN PATROL. picture shows ten sailors on deck of ship, and caption says 'Men of the destroyers Fury and Forester detailed to reinforce the Spain patrol, folding the red, white and blue flags which will be spread over the decks for identification and warning to aircraft, during the last minute preparations at Portsmouth yesterday.'
Another tiny cutting says 'As forecast in yesterday's Daily Herald the 11th destroyer division was ordered yesterday to sail at once for the Mediterranean. The division comprises Fury and Forester from Portsmouth, Firedrake and Fortune from Chatham
