Hi,

Assuming you are referring to the WW2 ship ...

HMS Lysander (J 379) was a Minesweeper of the Algerine class.
Built by Port Arthur Shipbuilding Co. Port Arthur, Ontario, Canada
Ordered in July 1942  and her keel was laid down on 3 Jun 194.
Launched on 11 Nov 1943 she was commissioned on 21 Nov 1944
She was scrapped 23 November 1957.

War-time commanding officers:
Lt. Harold Johnson, RNR 21 Nov 1944 to 17 Mar 1945
Lt.Cdr. Charles David Sampson, DSC, RNVR 17 Mar 1945 to 20 Jul 1946

I hope this helps
