Unidentified Uniform Help, Please

Afternoon.
This photo shows my paternal grandfather on the right of this photo.  His cap badge is HMS Kestrel.  He joined the Navy in 1911 at Chatham.  I don’t know who the other two men are, but wondered about the uniform of the man seated.  If anyone would share some knowledge, I would be most grateful.  Thanks!  (I have colourised the photo with an app).

The man seated is wearing what was known then as 'Class III' uniform - this was worn by Stewards / Cooks / Writers / Artificers.
