Mystery ship

Can anyone identify this vessel? Probably taken in the 1930s in the Far East?

It is one of the 'Hawkins' or 'Elizabethan' class cruisers.  Both Hawkins and Effingham served in the Far East in the late 20s/30s.  I would suspect that this is Effingham, as I believe that Hawkins had her searchlight platforms located at a higher level than her sisters
