WW2 training of ratings on call-up at HMS Raleigh circa 1941

I have a copy of Brian Lavery's excellent book Hostilities Only, Training the Wartime Royal Navy.

I would like to understand in more detail what activities comprised the full Part 1 Disciplinary Training course first at HMS Raleigh and then HMS Drake circa 1941—2.

It would be very help to have sight of syllabus or a detailed high level summary.
