Formation

No. 1834 officially re-formed at RAF Benson on October 10th 1953 as an RNVR fighter squadron in the Southern Air Division equipped with Sea Fury FB.11s.

Squadron disbanded

The squadron moved to RNAS Yeovilton on January 16th 1954, where it was disbanded on 30 April 1955.
