has stopped to make a second crew transfer to the HMCS ALGONQUIN by
boat. The ship is clearly listing and down by the stern as seen from
one of ALGONQUIN# boats. Note all
the emergency escape ladders are deployed and members of the crew
ditching unnecessary items off the flight deck to lighten the ship.
